Project Overview
This internship project was undertaken as a part of graduation project requirements for my post-graduate degree at the National Institute of Design.
The project focused on studying factors influencing productivity in corporates within the consultancy, analytics, and software services domains, with the objective of driving impact through digital transformation.
About the Organisation
Incedo is a Bay Area headquartered, consulting, analytics and technology services firm working across the Financial Services, Life Science and Communication Engineering sectors, enabling our clients to maximise business impact through emerging technologies.
During my six-month graduation project at Incedo Technologies, I worked on the project that was related to "Enhancing productivity in Corporate functions".

My Role
My role at Incedo as User experience research and Design Strategist was
• To understand the overall system of the organization i.e its core, vision, mission and the goal and
• Come up with the models/tool/framework and road map for future strategies that is best fit the organisation that helps in enhancing productivity in corporate functions.
My Design Process
