About Airtel Ads

Airtel ads is India-first advertising solution from Airtel, providing zero ad-fraud platform to advertise to Airtel's 320 million strong customer base, 
including 170 million highly engaged digital users. 


Businesses can create online ads to reach audiences who are interested in their products and services

The Airtel ads landing page is a one stop destination where one can get to know everything related to Airtel ads from capabilities to ads offering and at the same time submit the lead.

My Role

 • Worked closely with engineers, product managers, content writers, branding, and sales teams to design and shape the product experience

 • Created landing page and campaign creation journey from scratch which included crafting UX flows,

designing interfaces and conducting usability test.​​

The Design Process 

I followed a structured design process that began with:

• Stakeholder interviews and benchmarking existing ad products to uncover key insights.

• Based on these findings, I created wireframes to visualize solutions.

• To ensure alignment, I mapped user journey, breaking down each touchpoint to design seamless experience.

Outcomes

• Airtel Ads offers multiple ad propositions, with a few already launched in the market that have been well-received by users and delivered exceptional results.


• Other propositions are still in the development stage, currently undergoing ideation and conceptualization.

 

• Given the diversity of the ads ecosystem, the focus is on making these offerings more relevant and tailored to how Airtel, as a telecom company, can best leverage them.
